On October 8, 2023, the UK Financial Conduct Authority implemented new regulations mandating that all crypto asset firms targeting UK consumers adhere to the UK's financial promotions regime.

As we endeavor to comply with this requirement, we have temporarily suspended onboarding new UK investors.

In December 2023, we initiated collaboration with a regulated partner in the UK, currently in the process of approving our platform as a Financial Promotion. We anticipate this approval to be finalized in March/April 2024, preceding the launch of the Bitcoin Wealth Builder Solution for Celsius creditors on Simon Dixon’s Exclusive Recovery Club.

For new UK investors (both individual and organizational), please note that new account registrations are temporarily on hold until our financial promotion is approved.

Step 2: You'll now encounter two account types available for creation: individual and organizational. Select the account type that aligns best with your needs.

Step 3: The provided screenshots illustrate the required fields for both Individual and Organizational accounts. Ensure all fields are filled out accurately, including ticking all selection boxes below the password confirmation field. Then, proceed by clicking on the "create individual account" or "create organizational account" button.

Step 4:  On the following screen, you'll find crucial details regarding joining our UK waiting list.

This information is essential for all UK investors seeking to create a new account on Bnk To The Future. Carefully review the provided information, then enter your email address and full legal name into the designated fields.

Tick the two boxes below:

Box 1: Please notify me once you are ready to take on New UK Customers.

Box 2: I agree to the BF Privacy Policy.

Finally, click the "Confirm" button.

Once you have completed the above, you'll be able to bypass Step 2 (Connect Your Celsius Claim) and Step 3 (Stake Your ETH) and proceed directly to Step 4 (Notify Bnk To The Future).

To get started with creating your individual account, click on this link.
You will need to select your account type. As this is a guide for Individual Accounts, please select the Individual account option.  

Step 2
To set up your individual account, you'll need to provide your name, country, email, a secure password, and agree to our terms. If you'd like to keep getting emails from us, don't forget to check the box for the newsletter. When you're all set, simply hit the "Create individual account" button.

Step 3
Once you've filled in your name, email address, country of residence, set up a new password, and agreed to the terms and conditions, check your email. In case you don't find anything, remember to take a peek in your spam folder.

Step 4
Hit the "Confirm my account" button enclosed within. This ensures a secure verification of your email.

Step 5
You'll be directed to the sign-in page, where you'll be prompted to enter your email address and password. Once you're set, just tap the "Login" button to proceed. If you have any trouble logging in, refer to the troubleshooting below.

Welcome to the BF Identity dashboard! Here, you'll need to verify your account and submit your identity documents.

When you login for the first time, you will be directed to our BF identity page in order to verify your account and provide your identity documents.

Step 1
You will need a passport, drivers licence or government issued ID ready in your hand. 

Step 2
Get set for the verification process by having your camera-equipped computer or mobile device ready. If on a computer, a QR code will appear; have your phone ready to scan it. For the best selfie quality, consider using your mobile phone's camera.

Step 3
Start by verifying your identity document by Clicking the "Start KYC" button. 
 

Step 4
Read the instructions carefully, ready with your camera enabled device and identity document in hand. Click "Proceed". 

Step 5
Scan the QR code or enter your mobile number to receive an SMS which will then start the verification process with veriff. 

Step 6
Veriff will ask you to pick your ID. You can choose from: Passport, ID Card, Residents Car or Drivers License.

Step 7
Veriff will then instruct you to take a photo of your ID 

Step 8
Veriff will then ask you to take a selfie.

Step 9
Your documents will be reviewed automatically, which usually takes about 5 minutes. However, if they require human review, it may take longer. Your documents will either be approved and you can move to the next step. Or your ID documents will be rejected, in which case you will need to start the verification process again by going back to step 3 by correcting any errors.  

Once your account is verified, you will be able to proceed to the next steps, which include address verification and providing suitability information. Once you have completed these steps, you will have unlocked features, such as depositing, trading, staking, and withdrawing virtual assets, including BTC, ETH, USDT and more.

Should your incoming payments come from accounts registered under a different address; your verification may be delayed and subjected to additional verification by Veriff.

Once you have diligently filled out all the necessary fields, please press the "Next Step" button when you are prepared to advance to the subsequent stage.

Step 5 
Select from the Three Available Methods to Submit Proof of Address.

Option 1: Selfie with Proof of Address + Proof of Address as a document. 

For this option, you'll need to have a physical proof of address on hand. Once you've obtained it, simply click the "Next Step" button to move forward to the subsequent stage.

This step involves entering your contact number, employment status, and occupation – all three are mandatory fields. For your phone number, please ensure you choose the correct country where your phone network operates. Your employment status can be selected from a dropdown menu. After filling in these details, simply press the "Next Step" button to proceed.

Step 7
On the subsequent screen, a summary similar to the screenshot below will be presented. Please review it attentively, and if everything appears satisfactory, proceed by pressing the "Next Step" button. Alternatively, should you need to make any amendments, you can use the back button to navigate and correct the information as needed.

Step 8
Review the agreement on the following screen. Once you have read and comprehended it, select the agreement. When you are prepared, click the "Submit Verification" button to proceed.

Step 9
Congratulations, you've successfully completed the Proof of Address submission. To proceed, kindly select the "Proceed to Identity Dashboard" button, where you'll find instructions for the next steps.

In the identity dashboard, a checkmark beside Step 1 appears in amber, signalling the verification process is underway. As your documents process, this step will be marked as "Pending."

Once verified, the amber changes to green, and "Pending" becomes "Completed."

If verification fails, an email details the issue and steps to rectify it. This email contains a link to restart at Step 1 of this guide above.

On the dashboard, a red error message indicates verification failure. It guides adjustments and a button to restart from Step 4 of this guide above. 

Your prompt email response and heeding the red message ensure smooth verification progress.

When it comes to investing, "suitability information" means sharing details about your money and what you're comfortable with. This helps make sure the investments you're offered match your goals and how much risk you're okay with. It's like finding the right puzzle piece that fits you best!

When you're prepared, press this button to proceed to the next phase of the process.

Step 3 
You will now see a summary of all your answers related to your suitability information. Check that it’s all correct before proceeding further. Once happy, hit the submit suitability button. Summary will look like this:

The next screen will show a Congratulations message. Hit the “Proceed to Identity Dashboard” button.

Upon successfully providing all the required suitability information, the suitability data will be automatically marked as approved. At this point, your next step is to patiently await feedback from our compliance team regarding the verification of your ID and Proof of Address.

Keep an eye on your email for confirmation from our compliance department. This email will confirm the acceptance of your proof of ID and proof of address. In case of any issues, you'll receive further email instructions aimed at guiding you through the necessary steps to ensure successful verification.

In your BF identity dashboard, these updates will be reflected by two green ticks next to Step 1 and Step 2 of the verification process. Any potential errors will also be indicated, along with instructions to rectify them.

Example #1: Celsius Individual Account plus Bnk To The Future individual account will work provided the name of the individual matches.

Example #2: Celsius Organization Account plus Bnk To The Future Organization Account will work provided the name of the Organization matches.

Your Celsius claim can be verified in your Bnk To The Future account by following the steps below:

Step 1: Login to your BF Account. You will need to have an account with Bnk To The Future that is verified. If you do not have an account, follow the relevant guide above.

If and / or when you have a verified account on Bnk To The Future, then please continue with the following steps:

Step 2: Once you have logged into your Bnk To The Future account, select the Chapter 11 Claims tab (see image screenshot below).

Step 3: Next, you'll be directed to a screen labelled "Import Your Celsius Claim." Please take a moment to carefully review the information provided on this screen. Afterwards, read the disclaimer which reads: "I understand that only the data of my claim will be displayed on the platform and that this feature is for informational purposes only."

Once you're ready, check the box to indicate that you've read and understood the disclaimer, then click the "Import my Celsius Claim" button to proceed.

Step 4: The next screen is labelled “Additional information is needed”. This section of the process will allow you to upload additional relevant information. Here, you are required to submit proof of your Celsius account balance. To do this, you will need to log into your Celsius app and take a screenshot of your account balance. Once you have uploaded all relevant documents, you can then hit the submit button.

Please note: Bnk To The Future identifies your claim by locating your full name in the public schedule of asset list. If there's a unique match, your request will be automatically accepted. However, if there are multiple matches, we'll request further details from you to ensure we find the exact match.

This feature is for informational purposes only. There may be inaccuracies in the source data or the data import process. Under no circumstances is the importing of data anything more than a data import. No legal transfer of claim is being performed when the data is imported.

Step 5: After submitting your documents, please allow up to 48 hours for our team to verify your Celsius claim. During this time, our dedicated team will review all the information you've provided.

If your submission is rejected, you'll receive an explanation on the Chapter 11 Claim page. You can then resubmit your screenshot.

This comprehensive guide outlines the process of depositing your ETH cryptocurrency into your wallet address or via a QR code on our BF platform. To achieve this seamlessly, carefully follow the step-by-step instructions provided below:

Step 1
Click here to log in to your BF account using your registered email address and password. The link will take you to the funds section of your account. If you don't have an account yet, click on the "Sign Up" or "Register" button on our homepage to create a new account. Fill in the required details and follow the registration process. Once completed, proceed to the next step.

Step 2
After logging in, you will land on the funds section of your account.

Step 3
In the funds section, you'll find various cryptocurrency options. Locate the Ethereum (ETH) deposit option. You can identify it by the ETH logo or the word "Ethereum."

Step 4
Click on the "Deposit" button next to the Ethereum option. By doing this, we will generate a unique wallet address and a QR code that you can use to send your ETH cryptocurrency.

Step 5
Login to your Coinbase Account where your ETH was received from Celsius. Make sure that you have received all of your ETH from Celsius. 

Step 6
Within your Coinbase Account, locate the Ethereum wallet and then click the send button. 

Step 7
When prompted for the recipient's address, copy and paste the wallet address you obtained from your BF account. Take care to ensure accuracy and prevent any errors.

Step 8
If you want to use the QR code, Coinbase offers a scanning feature. Look for the camera icon or an option to scan a QR code and use it to scan the saved QR code image. 

Step 9
To qualify for Simon Dixon’s Exclusive Recovery club, you must send all ETH that was sent to you from Celsius. We recommend reviewing the transaction details, including any applicable fees, before continuing the transfer. You may wish to test that the funds are fully received with a small transaction first, before sending the full balance. If you send the ETH to the wrong address, the ETH cannot be retrieved by Bnk To The Future. 

Step 10
Once you have confirmed the transaction, the transfer process will begin. The duration for completion may vary depending on network congestion and other factors.
Please note: Coinbase may delay your transaction and they impose withdrawal limits that you will need to manage with Coinbase.

Step 11
After the successful transfer, you should see the deposited ETH funds reflected in your BF account.
Please refresh the page and allow up to an hour (but usually sooner) for the updated balance to appear.

Step 12
Once the ETH has arrived in your BF account, you are now ready to Stake your ETH using the guide below.

To begin purchasing ETH, it's important to ensure you have the necessary funds in your account. You can use either USD* (USDT Stablecoin or US Dollars) or Bitcoin (BTC) for this purpose.

When it comes to buying ETH on the BF Platform, you have three convenient options at your disposal:

Option 1: Purchasing with Bankwire
With this option, you can easily initiate an international bank wire using any currency supported by SWIFT—a trusted global system for making secure international bank transfers.

Option 2: USDT Stablecoin
Another efficient way to acquire ETH is by utilizing the USDT Stablecoin. It provides a stable and reliable digital currency option for seamless transactions.

Option 3: Bitcoin
Lastly, you can also leverage Bitcoin for purchasing ETH. Utilizing this widely recognized cryptocurrency allows for a straightforward and convenient investment process.

Before you can exchange Bitcoin for ETH, ensure you've added some Bitcoin to your BF account. Having a sufficient amount of Bitcoin in your BF account is necessary for purchasing ETH. Here's a guide on depositing Bitcoin into your BF account and trading it into ETH:

Step1 
Click here to log in to your BF account using your registered email address and password. The link will take you to the funds section of your account. If you don't have an account yet, click on the "Sign Up" or "Register" button on our homepage to create a new account. Fill in the required details and follow the registration process. Once completed, proceed to the next step.

Step 2
After logging in, you will land on the funds section of your account.

Click on the "Deposit" button next to the Bitcoin option. By doing this, we will generate a unique wallet address and a QR code that you can use to send your BTC.

Open your preferred Bitcoin wallet application or access your BTC holdings on an exchange where you store your BTC funds. Make sure that you have sufficient BTC available for the deposit.

Step 6
Within your Bitcoin wallet or exchange, locate the option to send or transfer BTC. This feature may be labelled as "Send," "Transfer," or something similar.

 Step 7 
When prompted for the recipient's address, copy and paste the wallet address you obtained from your BF account. Take care to ensure accuracy and prevent any errors. 

Step 8
If you want to use the QR code, some wallets or exchanges offer a scanning feature. Look for a camera icon or an option to scan a QR code and use it to scan the saved QR code image.

 Step 9
Specify the amount of BTC you wish to deposit. We recommend reviewing the transaction details, including any applicable fees, before confirming the transfer.

Step 10
Once you have confirmed the transaction, the transfer process will begin. The duration for completion may vary depending on network congestion and other factors.

 Step 11
After the successful transfer, you should see the deposited BTC funds reflected in your BF account. Please refresh the page or allow a brief moment for the updated balance to appear.

Step 12
Once the BTC has arrived in your BF account, you are now ready to trade your Bitcoin into ETH. Head back to the funds section of your account, you’ll see your Bitcoin balance, you’ll be using this Bitcoin to buy ETH. Next to the ETH wallet, select Buy. 

Step 13
Where it reads “What you want to do?”, make sure to select Buy.

Step 14
Select which currency you wish to buy with (Bitcoin or USD*). Select Bitcoin.

Step 15
Enter the amount of Bitcoin that you wish to trade to ETH. Click Next to preview the order.

Step 16
Press “Confirm & Trade” and you will now have an ETH balance on the funds section of your account.

Now that you have ETH in your BF account, you are ready to stake your ETH. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to stake your ETH. 

Step 1 - Login To Your BF Account

Click here to login to your Bnk To The Future Account. 

Step 2 - Go To Funds Section

The next step is to head over to the funds section of your account by selecting the Funds tab.

Step 3 - Hit Stake Button Next To Your ETH Balance

Locate your ETH balance within the funds section. Look for the "Stake" button next to your ETH balance and select it. 

Please Note: If you are staking ETH for the first time, you will see the following screen, click on the "Stake ETH Now" button. 

Step 4 - Enter Amount Of ETH To Stake

Enter the amount of ETH you wish to stake or choose one of the percentage buttons e.g. 50% to help you calculate how much of your ETH balance you wish to stake. 

You also have the option for Auto-Restaking (see the image which shows a toggle button where it reads Auto-Restaking). 

This feature empowers you to automatically reinvest your weekly ETH staking rewards, ensuring that your rewards are continuously compounded. 

By enabling this feature, the ETH rewards you receive every Monday will automatically be reinvested, giving you compounded ETH yield. This process requires no manual intervention. You can always adjust this setting later through the Staking Dashboard.

To enable Auto-Restaking, locate the toggle for Auto-Restaking button so that it turns green (see screenshot below).

Once activated, you’ll get a pop up asking you if you are sure you want to start auto-restaking. Read the information and confirm once you agree.

Step 5 - Timelock Staking Your ETH

Your next move involves selecting a timelock stake, with durations ranging from no timelock up to a maximum of 5 years. You will need to select 1 year timelock as a minimum to pass the application process. The fee structure begins at 19% for 1 year timelock and gradually decreases to 15% with a 5-year timelock on the rewards earned. It's essential to note that there are no fees for depositing, staking, or unstaking.

The public equity custody fee solely pertains to any public Shares you hold on Bnk To The Future; It does not apply to Staking, which incurs no custody fee.

Additionally, the Recap tax subscription is an optional extra for those wishing to organize their transactions for tax reporting. Detailed information is available in the Settings section of your Bnk To The Future account.

The following chart illustrates the projected ETH rewards you'll receive over a specified duration based on your chosen timelock period.

Before proceeding, we recommend taking the time to read the common questions, note, and staking services sections on this page to gain a comprehensive understanding of what staking entails. Once you feel prepared, click the next button to continue. 

Step 6 - Review Order Summary & Confirm Order

Next, review the Order Summary details, ensuring accuracy in the requested staking amount aligned with your remaining ETH balance. Confirm the auto restaking setting is ON if preferred and ensure the correct timelock staking is set.

Then, carefully read the note section. Finally, thoroughly review all checkboxes, ensuring you have good understanding of each one before ticking each box, and proceed to click 'Confirm Order' when ready.

Step 7 - Now Wait A Few Days For ETH Validator To Be Ready

After submitting your staking request, you'll join our BF Queue, where we aggregate 32 ETH from multiple users. You can monitor the progress in the provided image, tracking when your ETH will be staked with a validator. Once we accumulate 32 ETH or more for staking, we initiate the activation of the Validator(s), denoted by the orange indicator, which typically takes 1-3 days depending on network conditions. Please note: Your ETH validator will be set up as soon as 32 ETH is staked on our platform and approved by the Ethereum Blockchain.

We'll send you an email notification once your validator is ready. You can also find a useful link in the message to check the queue time on the Blockchain.

Once the validator is active, the status changes to 'completed,' signaling the commencement of your ETH staking rewards. Rewards are deposited every Monday.

Step 8 - Congratulations! Your ETH Validator Opened

Once you reach the front of the queue, your validator will be opened, and you'll start receiving weekly income every Monday. We'll keep you informed via email throughout the entire process. You can check the status of your ETH Staking by selecting the ETH Staking tab (see screenshot below).
